The FARM-SERVANT® was born out of the need to collect horse manure all year round and to release more time to the yard owners and staff by being an effective and efficient tool. It is a unique turnkey solution for mucking out active paved horse turnout paddocks, fields & pastures, trails, storage areas and model-specific inside the stalls & stable block itself. The FARM-SERVANT® attachment is designed to revolutionise your daily work program.
Yes, the FARM-SERVANT® is an all-year-round horse manure, poo-picking-up tool.
Ideally, the grass doesn’t want to be any longer than 4″ (100mm) for premium collecting results.
However, it will still collect some of the manure in longer grass.
Yes, a hatch on the front of the collection box allows for manually adding the manure from hard-to-reach areas in the paddock and stable corners.
The KiK doesn’t have this option.
Leave the collected horse manure to compost until it is required as a nutrient top-up on your fields.
Test the soil first to be sure that the field has deficiencies and needs improvement.
Then, ideally, apply in the spring & summer when the grass is actively growing
Do not spread fresh manure on pastures where horses will graze anytime soon.
The FARM-SERVANT® KiK model is a two-wheel tractor-powered, pedestrian-operated mechanical horse manure collector & sweeper for use in smaller areas where you need a more agile tool.
The FA in the product code denotes that it is a front-mounted attachment model.
The FARM-SERVANT® horse manure sweeper & collector can be mounted on a wide range of equipment.
Just so long as the tractor, telehandler, compact loader or loading shovel can supply a 12v electrical supply and a hydraulic pressure and return hydraulic supply circuit, then it can operate the attachment.
We can supply various hitch plate interfaces to suit your equipment.
The HA in the product code denotes that it is attached to the rear of a tractor on the 3-point hitch frame.
The tractor would need a double-acting hydraulic feed to operate the FARM-SERVANT® and a 12v electrical supply.
For best results use the FARM-SERVANT® to mechanically collect horse manure from the following areas & surfaces
Paddock & Stable Mats
Pastures, paddocks and unpaved trails
Crushed aggregate
Concrete, paving, asphalt
Artificial turf
Around feeding areas
Inside stables
Around temporary stables
Both model ranges use the same patented sweeping system and floating hitch, so they clean as equally as well as each other.
The ECO range only has one collection tank size.
The PRO range has double ground rollers, no manual feed flap and is built to a different price point.
